Kassandra Butler
Founder & CEO
Kassandra Butler is a licensed psychotherapist, doctoral researcher, and ACE-certified personal trainer dedicated to the intersection of clinical science and integrative wellness. As a first-generation scholar, she founded Kinetic Balance Collective to provide a space where rigorous evidence-based practice meets holistic, human-centered care.
Her work is deeply rooted in Relational-Cultural Therapy (RCT), a framework that emphasizes the transformative power of connection. Kassandra is particularly passionate about serving Black and Brown communities, recognizing that true well-being requires an approach that is both culturally responsive and scientifically grounded.
Beyond her clinical practice, Kassandra is committed to fostering the next generation of professionals. She actively mentors emerging clinicians and students pursuing higher education, providing guidance to those navigating advanced degrees and careers in mental health. Whether through individual psychotherapy, professional consulting, or mentorship, her practice bridges the gap between mind, body, and environment to support clarity, equity, and balance.
Mission
My professional mission is centered on dismantling systemic barriers to wellness by promoting equitable care, bridging health disparities, and empowering the next generation of clinicians through dedicated mentorship and academic support.
